IDP Week 11 NFL Fantasy Football 2009 Waiver Wire Pick Ups

DBs (Defensive Backs)

S. Bryan Scott (BUF) got the job done at WLB with 8 solos and 2 assists. Whether he plays WLB again in week 11 or moves back to strong safety vs. Jacksonville, I like him either way. The guys a tackle machine, period! He's proved that all season.

S M. Bullit (IND) vs. Baltimore is a very nice matchup for week 11.

Both STL Butlers Again vs. ARI week 11. Last week, I recommended strong safety James Butler & CB Quincy Butler vs. NO and both led their teams in the box scores. Although CB Q. Butler got 6 solos to J. Butler's 5 solos, however, J. Butler ultimately had the better day by adding an INT.  He is the one I'd recommend first going into week 11 as well. CC Brown and many other mediocre SS have come out looking like super stars in the box scores after facing Warner. So J. Butler at strong safety would be my first pick, but Q. Butler will be on both Fitzgerald and Boldin so expect 6 or more tackles.

S Ko Simpson (DET) gets Cleveland week 11 and these 2 are evenly matched. If there was ever a game to give Quinn a full chance to air it out and see what he can do, I think Eric Mangina will do it agains Detroit. Ko Simpson is been on fire. I'll predict Simpson with 6 or more tackles and an INT in this one.

SS Bernard Pollard (HOU) gets Chris Johnson and Vince Young week 11. I love this matchup in a tackle heavy league. He may even add a pd or a potential INT.

My DB PICKUP OF THE WEEK is TB safety Tanard Jackson vs.NO if he's available on your waiver wire. If not, a "poor man's" version of Jackson for a DB Pickup of the Week is SS D. Landry (BAL) facing Indy week 11.

LBs (Linebackers)

LB L. Johnson (CAR) gets MIAMI!  He was solid week 10 and now he gets the old LB jackpot in the Dolphins. Nice sleeper with upside week 11 if you're currently rolling any of the SD LBs vs. Denver, for instance.

LB D. Hawthorne (SEA) is here just to tell anyone that had any doubts left that this guy is the man and one of the ABSOLUTE elites for the rest of the year. He is absolutely the man I recommend the most out of anyone on this entire list and to give you a comparison of where I would rank him for the rest of the year, I'd almost always start him over Laurinitis, and sometimes Mayo & Ruud. Obviously it depends on matchup, but the only guys who I could never start him over are Willis, Lofton, Beason or maybe DJ Williams or maybe D. Harris. That's how elite of an LB I feel this guy is until proven otherwise. I would always start him over guys like Fletcher & Dansby and maybe even Briggs for the rest of the year. Again, matchups always play a role, but he went NUTS on Detroit so he's very close to being "matchup proof" like a Willis or Lofton or a Beason.

LB Clint Session (IND) draws Baltimore week 11 and although ILBs are not overly successful, WLBs are successful vs. the Ravens. And Session is one of the best WLBs in the league. He's getting very close to being at the same level as a WLB like Akeem Jordan. I can see 7 solos and some extras in this matchup.

K. Morrison & T. Howard (OAK) don't seem like guys who should be on a waiver wire list, but I'm seeing people drop one or both thanks to some low performances lately. Week 11, they see Cedric Benson. One of the last 30 carry types of backs left in the league next to a S. Jackson.  They will run Benson all day on Oakland. They don't want to take any chances with fluke loss when they are this close. Has anyone really sat and thought about the last time Cincy was in the playoffs? How about the last time Cincy had a winning season?  This is an extremely big deal for this Bengals franchise and they are not going to get cute.  They will ride the horse that got them here and Morrison & Howard will have an absolute TON of tackle opportunities. Although Morrison is the first recommendation, Howard is quite close behind so if you can grab either, feel good about it. To give a comparison, I would start Morrison or Howard over EJ Henderson or S. Cooper in week 11.

MY LB PICK UP OF THE WEEK is Keith Brooking (DAL) vs. Washington week 11 is a nice play. Brooking is an emotional guy and this rivarly will get him fired up. With the Redskins rejuvenated running game with Betts, Brooking will put up 7 or more and a potential sack.

DLs (Defensive Line)

A sneaky one is C.Avril(DET) vs. the Browns. The coach deactived him & another guy last minute week 10 for special teams matchup reasons vs. Percy Harvin. He got a lot of shit about it from fans & press and will definitely have Avril out there this week. Avril will be angry and hungry vs. Lady Quinn.

DE J. Smith(SF) gets Green Bay week 11. Enough said. His chance for a sack increase significantly.

C. Kelsay(BUF) vs. Tennessee was not a good matchup week 10 and no one on Buffalo's D got a sack. The matchup vs. Jacksonville week 11 is better and I could see Kelsay getting around 3 solos and a sack.

MY DL Pick Up of the Week has to be Brian Orakpo (WAS). I can't remember the last time I've seen a guy put up this many consecutive sacks in a row. Denver's line is really good and he still got 4 solos and 1.5 sacks week 10.  You gotta love him in the classic week 11 Redskins/Dallas rivalry.

MY DE/LB Pick up of the Week is David Bowens (CLE). Very good call from some of the "super readers" of this blog who kept bringing this guy up as a DE in some people's leagues. 7 solos 2 assist and 2 sacks last night vs. Baltimore. And next week he gets Detroit!!!!  Holy @#$%! This guy is gold.  I'm thinking strongly about dropping a Laurinitis for a guy like this, but it's only 1 week. An amazing week it was though!

You're the best Monk! I need to play two of the following three: T.Howard, J.Laurinaitas, C.Pace. Based on your week 11 thoughts, I think I play Howard, but should I drop either Pace or Laurinaitas for someone like Landon Johnson or a DB like K. Simpson or Landry. Also, your thoughts on B. Scott even when Whitner or Ellison come back and whether or not I should go out and grab Whitner now. Thanks!

Thank you. We've got a great group of guys on here and everyone's give a lot of IDP love. I reall appreciate it!

Question:
You're the best Monk! I need to play two of the following three: T.Howard, J.Laurinaitas, C.Pace.

ANSWER:
Bring your expectations for Howard down a little. Unfortunately Cedric Benson is pretty beat up and they may rest him week 11. I think they keep the same game plan with Bernard Scott, Brian Leonard and now Larry Johnson since it is Oakland where back up type of guys like J. Charles go off.

Definitely roll with Laurinaitis. Arizona has been a nice LB matchup all year long. It baffle me a little with a throwing team, but it's been consistent. Laurinaitis had a bad matchup last week so that's whey he underperformed. Just like Mayo had a bad matchup vs. Indy. Both guys will bounce back week 11.

Pace is the one that scares me. I don't think the NE line will let NYJ get to Brady like they did last week with the Colts. So it's not a slam dunk that Pace will get a sack. That being said, Ronnie Brown will now be out vs. Carolina Thursday night so that changes a lot. He's the heart and soul of that offense and with just Ricky Williams a few Pat White offensive trick plays, I think they'll finally put it in Henne's hands more in this one. So now Landon is not safe. I really like Bryan Scott wherever he plays this week. He's so consistent with HIGH tackle #'s. I would roll with Howard, Laurinaitas and Bryan Scott. Pace has too much risk if he doesn't get a sack.

I tell you what though. I wouldn't even blink if you swapped Scott for D. Landry vs. Manning this week. Both dead even in my book.

K. Simpson is a little concerning after watching Brady Quinn last night. I think he attempted 2 passes all night that were more than 15 yards. And those were down the sidelines and not the middle of the field. That doesn't bode well for an FS. If the Browns can win on the ground, they will try to keep it out of Quinn's hands

QUESTION:
Hey Monk wonderful column as always. I've got a "must-win" coming up and I'd like your input on some lineup decisions.

1pt/TT 3pt SACK/INT 4pt FF

DE (1): R. Mathis @ BAL, E. Dumervil vs SD, or pick-up Orakpo @ DAL

LB (2): P.Willis @ GB, P. Posluszny @ JAX, J. Beason vs MIA, David Hawthorne @ MIN

I'm pretty stacked at LB, and and looking to deal to shore up my offense. Which LB do you like the most over the rest of the season?
(playoffs week 14-17)

DB (3): T. DeCoud @ NYG, T. Branch vs CIN, T. Jackson vs NO, B. Pollard vs TEN, M. Lewis @ GB

Thanks as always you've helped me put together a great IDP squad!

ANSWER:
DE (1): It's Dumerville. Denver has lost 3 straight and now they play San Diego at home. Last time they he got 2 sacks, 4 tackles and 1 assist. Big guys get up for BIG games.

LB (2): P.Willis @ GB, P. Posluszny @ JAX for the rest of the season. You can't EVER drop Willis as you know and Pos is on a crappy team that will be on D a lot and teams will run a lot. Great situation for a great player.

DB (3): T. Branch vs CIN, T. Jackson vs NO, B. Pollard vs TEN

Question:
Thanks for the advice last week. I decided to go with the steady Sessions to replace Thomas Davis. NOW, the question is..would you drop Calais Campbell for Chris Kelsay for the remainder of the season?

Answer:
Yup, I would. Unless Kelsay starts really bombing and forces you to look elsewhere. He'll be on defense a lot. Here's the only problem. How many teams are going to be behind vs. Buffalo? So how much will teams really need to pass on Buf when they can destroy them running the ball. So that's your downside. A few less sack opportunities than perhaps Campbell. But he a good run stopper and will get more tackles. I would prefer to go with a guy I know I can get tackles with and possible sacks too than rely on a guy strictly for sacking.

You Suggestions great,Thanks. Josh wilson worked great for me last week. 1 point tackle and sack- 3
I have the following line up.
Curtis Lofton, D. Harris and Hawthrone @ LB, which 2 to go according to matchups. I am thinking hawthrone and harris.
Edreed, Josh wilson at DB. Do I need to drop any of these two for your picks. Ed reed didnt do much good for me this week.

Jared Allen, Orakpo and T suggs at DE, Can I drop T suggs and pick one u suggested. It's a must win for me.

Thanks as always for your valuable suggestions.

You came to the right guy. (Hopefully!) ;^) I have to say that I would make quite a few change to your guys for this week.

ANSWERS:
First, I would really struggle with the though of benching Lofton vs. the Giants this week. An ILB vs. Jacobs is a juicy matchup and he's one of the top FFers in the whole league. The good news is you'll be fine no matter what you do this week at LB. Hawthorne, D. Harris or Lofton is a toss up, but it's the type of toss up where you win no matter what. So if you go Hawthorne & Harris, I wouldn't blink. This is one of the few times where I personally would sit Hawthorne. It's weird, but LBs don't especially go off vs. Min. Some do, but not really big numbers. So I would go for the sure thing veterans that got you here with D. Harris vs. NE & Lofton. My gut says Harris might be the other to consider sitting because how much will they run with Maroney & Faulk? But LBs do well against them like Session & Brackett last week so the #'s don't lie. So your fine at LB no matter what. Don't lose sleep there.

Josh Wilson was a good play last week, but I would definitely go CB Quincy Butler vs. NO if you must start a CB or I'd go FS D. Landry vs. Indy if you can go with any DB & SS Ed Reed vs. Indy. This is like a Gibril Wilson/Y. Bell play. Get them both in there vs. Indy and you'll smile when you look at the box scores.

If David Bowens is a DE in your league and available, GRAB HIM IMMEDIATELY over T. Suggs. I am so tempted to use him as one of my starting LBs vs. Detroit over guys like Laurinitis. So if you can get him as a DE, do it. If he's not available, I'd try Justin Smith vs. GB. Manning does not get sacked much and T. Suggs is not a good matchup at all. Give yourself a chance with easier matchups. Maybe Kelsay vs. Jacksonville is available.

A sneaky one is Avril vs. the Browns. The coach deactived him & another guy last minute week 10 for special teams matchup reasons vs. Percy Harvin. He got a lot of shit about it from fans & press and will definitely have Avril out there this week. Avril will be angry and hungry vs. Lady Quinn.

Monk thank you for the valuable suggestions, my wide receivers are Mario Mannigham, Eddie Royal, Crabtree and Lee Evans. Which two should I start this week?

Love the column Monk... Too bad my offensive players weren't performing like my IDP's! I have an interesting dilemma this week. I need to start 3 LB's, and here are my options.
1) C.Lofton vs NYG
2) D.Hawthorne vs Min
3) J.Mayo vs NYJ
4) S.Cooper vs Den
5) D.Ryans vs Ten
I realize it’s not the worst problem to have, but how do I pick only 3 of these studs? It's a standard scoring league, but I tend to prefer the consistent (tackle heavy) approach. What do you think? Thanks in advance Monk!

Ir0nman said...

Hey Monk, your advice really helped last week. I ended up dropping Elam (before his scheduled start) for Jairus Byrd after he intercepted VY in the Titans/Bills game and started Tyvon Branch along with Coleman with your reassurance and he was fantastic. Branch has been a total stud...I picked him up when you advised him early in the season and he scores like a #2 LB. Thanks a ton!

I've been looking for a big play IDP, and I noticed Lawrence Timmons has a really favorable schedule for sacks - he plays KAN, OAK, CLE, GB, and MIA! My problem is I don't know who to drop. I can't drop Lofton or Poz, so it comes down to Tulloch and Maiava or Byrd (I'm comfortable with Branch/Coleman as DBs the rest of the way).

Tulloch has had some crappy games and Maiava is still green. They are also similar types of IDP players I think. I was looking at Jairus as a big play DB option but I could drop him and carry 5 LB (league plays 3). The biggest concern is can Timmons stay healthy. What do you think of all this?

Unknown said...

@ Anonymous

I see your dilemma. If you are in PPR, Crabtree is you definite. If not, I'd take a shot on Lee Evans in a standard league vs. that pathetic Jaqs secondary.

Your other guy is Manningham vs. Atlanta's pathetic corners.

Eddie Royal is a "NO" because Chris Simms is probably his QB. If he is not and Orton starts vs. SD, I'd try him over Manningham in a PPR.

Lots of ifs there, but I think I covered all your angles.

1) C.Lofton vs NYG
2) D.Hawthorne vs Min
3) J.Mayo vs NYJ

D.Ryans is a possibility over Hawthorne because of matchup, but Cushing has been beating him to the punch on tackles. That's a guy I haven't talked about much, but Cushing is a SERIOUS stud up there with the best of the best. Hard to have 2 studs on one team. Someone has to be the "Andra Davis" to the "DJ Williams". But Hawthorne hasn't seemed to have that so far this year. He's like a Patrick Willis where you hardly ever see the other LBs on his team get more tackles then him.

ANSWER:
Timmons scares me a bit because of Farrior. So far, it seems like they take turns. I just haven't seen enough from Timmons to think he will be the one getting those sacks. Afterall, he has to compete with Harrison, Keisel, Farrior and even Pittsburg corners and safties on sacks. Don't get me wrong, his potential is through the roof, but Pittsburg will dominate those teams coming up and they will have to abandon the run. At least you know both Ten & Cle will be run on most of the game by other teams. Hold on to what you have and lets watch Maiava & especially David Bowens one more week. If Bowens gets another 7 tackles and even looks close to picking up sacks, he might be the sneaky stud you want. But, you're right, it would be Byrd who you'd drop. If you can pick up Timmons and drop Byrd in the meantime, go for it. Just as long as you can drop and add one more time after that in case Bowens is the next CRAZY IDP find.

QUESTION
Monk, I'm in need of some help with Witherspoon, he had a terrible performace moving out of MLB spot. I've made over 50 moves this year replacing my defense and it's worked, now I'm gearing up for the playoffs and really like what I have on my roster going forward. Take a look at what I have. I'm thinking of picking up Landon Johnson and playing him in my LB spot over Spoon. We play 4 LB's and 2 DB's.This is my line up for the week!!! What are your thoughts, thanks in advace Monk!!!

LB-Hawthorne
LB-Witherspoon
LB-Mayo
LB_Poz
DB-Bryan Scott
DB-Pollard
Bench-Goldson,Laron Landry

ANSWER:
Let me look out here and see when Akeem Jordan is expected back. That could change everything. No update on him that I can see. If you can hold off on this move until later in the week, I'd advise that. Honestly, I'd feel much, much better with David Bowens in there vs. Detroit than I would Landon Johnson. We just don't know how Miami will react without Ronnie Brown in there and Landon Johnson is just second fiddle to Beason. A little too much risk there. Witherspoon might do well at the WLB vs. Chicago. They don't run up the middle, they do dump offs to Forte on the corners. Witherspoon has sacking ability and Cutler gets sacked often. Witherspoon has INT ability and Cutler gets intercepted the most in the league. But, as I say, after watching Bowens manhandle Baltimore linemen, I'm made at myself for not having the guts to pick him up and bench Laurinitis this week. But I would definitely do it with Witherspoon. The guy put up 7 solos, 2 assists and 2 sacks in his very first game vs. Baltimore. What do you think he could do vs. Detroit? Someone tell me to grow some balls and go get this guy. Laurinitis has been mediocre for quite awhile now and although he might put up 7 solos vs. Arizona, that's probably his ceiling after many 4 & 6 tackle performances for many weeks now.

QUESTION

Current DLs:
J. Ratliff (vs. Was)
A. Carter (vs. Dallas) {Orakpo is available if you think he'll do better but A. Carter may get snapped up within a week or two}
Calvin Pace, whom I doubt I will (nor would you) start
Witherspoon {I'll drop him but not get Stylz since he will probably have limited play, at best}

Available DLs:
Any Buffalo DL (e.g., Schobel, Stroud, & Kelsay)..none of whom get all that many points any given week
D. Bowens
Jason Taylor

The Carter & Orakpo options make me nervous a bit since Dallas is supposedly the worst FF matchup for DLs, at least according to the numbers/charts...then again they are studs and it's a big rivalry. hmm.

Current LBs:
Ruud (vs. NO) & Lofton (vs. NYG) - neither of whom have racked up their usual studly points the past few games
E.J. Henderson (vs. Sea)
P. Pos (vs. Jac)
Mayo (vs. NYJ)
Hawthorne (vs. Min)
Durant (vs. Buf)

Current DBs:
D. Manning (vs. Phi)
T. Branch (vs. Cin)
R. Harper (vs. TB)
Palamalu - out & too risky lately anyways

Answer:
I'll admit, you confused me a bit at times mentioning Witherspoon in DLs etc. But the one think I think I understood is David Bowens counts as a DL in your league. He is an ILB captain in the same spot where DQ & Barton played and racked up 9 tackles a week. Plus he has sack skills. I seriously like him as the best DL in the ENTIRE league. If he is a DL, he would be the #1 guy I would get. I think he's a top LB, let alone DL.

LBs this week. I like Lofton (vs. NYG) & Pos vs. Jac. If you mean for the rest of the year, I think you're still fine with Lofton & Pos.

DBs
T. Branch (vs. Cin)
R. Harper (vs. TB)

Yes, Branch should not be on the wire. You can ride him the rest of the year and never have to swap again

Go with your sleeper Shaughnessy
Absolutely none of those guys are guarantees and one guy has as good of a shot as another. For all I know Avril ends up a healthy scratch again 5 minutes before the game like last week. You'll be happier going with your sleeper. I decided to do the same with David Bowens and if he bombs, at least I went with the guy I really wanted to be in there

3 LB's: Timmons, Laurinitis & Hawthorne (I don't like Henderson's matchup at all)

2 DB's: Coleman & Reed

Unknown said...

@Anonymous

Bowens is the current captain and ILB of the Cleveland Browns. He's playing in the same spot where other guys were getting 9 solos a week. He is also a good sack guy.

As I told someone else, I am starting him OVER DJ Williams this week. That's right you heard it right. So if I'm wrong, I'll meet you back here next week and we can shake our heads together. I do not think his 7 solos 2 assists and 2 sacks where a fluke last week vs. Baltimore. This guy had a lot of potential when he played for the Jets a few years back. I think he'll do VERY well vs. Detroit this week.

Part 2:
I meant to say Wilkerson. I guess I had Witherspoon on the brain since I was reading your comments before posting. I was pretty sure you'd say Bowens {yes, he's a DE in my league}, who is listed as "Questionable" for reasons I don't know since there is no news yet on this.
However, I could still use advice on the other DL to start this week, considering the matchups & the player. Therefore, I am re-listing the choices below.

Current DLs:
J. Ratliff (vs. Was)
A. Carter (vs. Dallas) {Orakpo is available if you think he'll do better but A. Carter may get snapped up within a week or two}
Calvin Pace, whom I doubt I will (nor would you) start

Also, I have both the Packers AND the 49ers as my D/STs, whom are playing each other..lucky me. The ESPN FF projections lean in GB's favor. Do you agree with this given their changeups and multiple personalities lately?

Out of curiosity, I am have to choose between Ryan Grant (vs. SF) & L.T. (vs. Broncos) for my RB2 slot. The ESPN FF projections, which I've disagreed with on multiple occasions, project twice the points for Grant that they give to LT. However, I wonder if LT will keep up what he did last week, esp. since it affects my decision on whether or not to start Rivers as QB. With all of your defensive knowledge, I was curious as to whom you would go with for your RB2.
Thanks in advance!

Answers:
Yes, Bowens is just working through a minor knee tweak and will be fine. I've made it REALLY clear how I feel about Bowens as a DL. The best one to own in my opinion as an ILB for the Browns. And if you can use Calvin Pace as your other, you will be DL king. If not Pace, than I would have to go with the VERY hot Orakpo. He is still an LB treated as DL.

I think you have to go GB in that situation since SF clearly has the worse QB in that matchup and less of a chance to score than GB.

I think the LT/Grant play is very tight, but I think the Bears paved the way last week to show how an RB can be successful with screens vs. SF. So if it's PPR, I'd go Grant. Since Sproles is passing RB and limits LTs full potential in PPR. Standard league, I'd go LT because they never give to Grant for Goaline carries. They throw it to Havner or John Kuhn or a tight end or run it with Kuhn so in standard, Grant is somewhat useless.

@ Michael

I'd go Atogwe & T. Jackson because of matchups.

Weddle is so hard to read this week facing Chris Simms and that very unpredictable running game of Denvers. You get guaranteed points from safeties facing Warner and Brees.

Question
at DE, choose 2 to START:
Aaron Schobel
Will Smith
David Bowens

Answer:
Bowens
Will Smith

Question
Of my Safeties and Linebackers, which 2 should I BENCH:
Louis Delmas
James Laurinaitis
David Hawthorne
David Harris
Brian Cushing
Eric Weddle
Bryan Scott

WOW, nice lineup. Out of that group, I'd bench Laurinaitis (look at his box scores over the last 4 weeks. About the same as KCs D. Williams) And I guess Scott because he is a bit of a risk. We don't know how he's going to be used yet. Believe it or not, it's close between Weddle facing Chris Simms and that weird Denver running game and Scott though. My gut says Scott gets you more points than Weddle, but Weddle one of the best Safeties in the league so I guess I'd bench Scott.

Need your help bad Monk!

Bowens, Lauriniatis and T. Howard. Which 2 would you play? Also, would you rather play L. Mcoy or Beanie Wells?

Hi Monk, we play 2 IDP players each in our league. I'm a rookie when it comes to IDP player knowledge. I know enough about linebackers to know that my better waiver wire pickups are gone. I'm looking to grab a great DB pickup this week. Pretty much all are available. Could you give me your top three DB's for this week? Thanks very much!

@Anonymous

Top DBs this week to choose from. They are just about in order but you will do quite well with any of the guys on this list.:

Tyvon Branch - OAK vs CIN
Oshiomogho Atogwe - STL vs ARI
Erik Coleman - ATL at NYG
Antoine Bethea - IND at BAL
Danieal Manning - CHI vs PHI
Roman Harper - NO at TB
Bryan Scott - BUF at JAX
Sabby Piscitelli - TB vs NO

QUESTION
Need your help bad Monk!
Bowens, Lauriniatis and T. Howard.

ANSWER:
I think all are very aware of my "man crush" on Bowens. I'm going all cards in on him this week.
Here's the thing I like so much about Bowens right now. First, he's playing the left ILB on the Cleveland Browns that will be on defense a lot and that's a keep position for be tackles in this defensive scheme. He's been in the league for 11 years and was elected defensive team captain this week. The Lions will have their first opportunity since the Redskins game that they won to establish a ground game with Kevin Smith, which they'd love to do. Bowens traditional strength is pass rusher and has a nose for sacks. They are facing the Lions and he got 7 solos 2 assists and 2 sacks last week against the Baltimore Ravens, who are a much better team than the Lions. To me, all this adds up to success. So I am starting David Bowens over DJ Williams on my own team this week. I also have Laurinitis on my bench because I own C. Lofton, Hawthorne and J. Mayo. You ultimately have to decide how big of a risk you can take this week. Put in Laurinitis and you're almost guaranteed at least 5 tackles. T. Howard is now facing the Bengals without a Cedric Benson. I'm sure they'll still run but B. Scott is a totally different runner than Benson. T. Howard is second fiddle to K. Morrison. So if I were in your situation, I would go Bowens and Laurinitis for the win.

Question:
Which 2 would you play? Also, would you rather play L. Mcoy or Beanie Wells?

Answer:
So close to call. If ppr McCoy. If standard Wells

Hi Monk!

Picked up Bowens as a DL! Thx for the tip.

How would you rank these the rest of the way (note: weeks 16-17 are most important for me)

B Ruud
L Fletcher
Laurinaitis
T Howard
Bryan Scott
EJ Henderson

3pts sack, 1pt solo, 0.5pt assist

Hey Monk!

Please help me pick one for this week: A. Hargrove, R. Geathers, J. Smith, C. Kelsay, B. Keisel, C. Avril, or Robaire Smith?

@Anonymous

J. Smith vs. GB has the best matchup and the most probability of getting to the QB

@Suzanne

You're too nice. I was thinking about you the weekend I recommended Fletcher to you and he did not do well. I'm sorry about that. Let's see if I can do better for you this time.

QUESTION:
Curtis Lofton is the guy you want vs. NYG.

For DB (1): Tanard Jackson vs. Brees is a very nice matchup. Good choice.

I would go Vincent Jackson and Calvin Johnson with strong confidence.

Great team Suzanne!

If you're counting Bryan Scott as a linebacker, he's last on the list because they may be just temporary and he'll go back to safety anytime. As a safety he's great, but it looks like your list is all linebackers.

From there, I'd go

Ruud
EJ Henderson
Laurinaitis
L Fletcher
T Howard
Scott
