IDP 2013 NFL Fantasy Football weekly waiver wire pick ups and start sit rankings. Linebackers LBs, Defensive Backs Safety DBs and Individual Defensive Linemen DTs & DEs
This is a hardcore ALL IDP draft with the best experts in the business. I thought you'd find it interesting to see how we all drafted against each other.
Hello Monk: what are your thoughts on my ID players? my league plays 3 Def flex, 1 DB , and 1 DL. I chose to go with linebackers for my 3 def flex positions. 14 teams. We get 1pt=solo tackle, 1/2 pt= assisted tackle, 3pts= interception or sack, 2 pts= forced fumble or recovery, and 1 pt= pass defended. Any suggestions? Any players to keep in mind for plug ins?
My team: LB Colin McCarthy- TEN LB Karlos Dansby- MIA LB Kelvin Sheppard- BUF DB George Wilson- BUF DL Trent Cole- PHI
other players available:
DB Roman Harper- NOS DB Tyvon Branch- OAK DB Jordan Babineaux- TEN LB Daryl Smith- JAX LB David Harris- NYJ LB Lawrence Timmons- PIT LB Lamar Woodley- PIT LB Barret Ruud- NOS LB Will Witherspoon- TEN LB Rey Maualuga- CIN LB AJ Hawk- GBP LB DJ Smith- GBP LB Demeco Ryans- PHI DL Haloti Nagata- BAL DL Jabaal Sheard- CLE DL JJ Watt- HOU LB/DL Camaron Wake- MIA DL Charles Johnson- CAR DL Elvis Dumervil- DEN DL Justin Smith- SF
Any advice is much appreciated. Thank You and thanks for the heads up on Sheppard.
Jon, Shepherd is on my sleeper list, but that only means he has the potential to out perform his very low "current" value. I would go LB DJ Smith or LB Lawrence Timmons over him. Timmons has the better upside, but Smith will perform more consistently for you game in and game out.
I'm trying to nail down my schedule, but Yes, I'll be doing Weekly Previews as early as I can each week via email and podcasting those results on blogtalk radio/ idpmonk in the form of Part 1 Friday nights and Part 2 on Sat. mornings

Note that if you look at my team that requires starting 2 DTs, 2-3 DLs, 2 CBs, 2-3 Safteties, 3-4 LBs that I took note to work around BYE weeks.

Will you normally be sending out emails prior to the games? I know I got yours for the Dal/NYG game. Thanks for all you do.
